Seven Years of All-One Engagement in Switzerland

For seven years, Dr. Bronner’s All-One International Initiative has stood for responsible action that is also tangibly experienced in Switzerland. Through the All-One Donation, Dr. Bronner’s Switzerland specifically supports projects that represent animal welfare, compassion, and sustainable change.

A key Swiss project within the All-One Initiative is Lebenshof Narr. The sanctuary provides rescued animals with a permanent and safe home and stands for a respectful, compassionate approach to animal care. In addition to daily animal care, Lebenshof Narr contributes valuable educational work, raising awareness for responsibility, empathy, and conscious consumer choices.

The support from Dr. Bronner’s Switzerland helps secure this commitment for the long term. It demonstrates how global values can be lived out locally in a transparent and tangible way, close to the people and animals it directly benefits.

The All-One Donation shows how responsibility creates measurable impact: In 2025 alone, the All-One International Initiative supported 31 organizations in 14 countries with 245,500 US dollars. Since 2019, a total of more than 1.48 million US dollars has been granted to over 70 organizations in 20 countries. In Switzerland, this commitment becomes concrete through initiatives such as the support of Lebenshof Narr. Every conscious purchasing decision contributes to taking responsibility and supporting projects that make a direct local difference.

DUCOS x ProPharma: Technical Integration with ProPharma

ProPharma is a leading provider of inventory management systems and central services specifically for drugstores. With a large network of affiliated specialty shops in Switzerland—currently more than 450 drugstores are connected—ProPharma’s platform offers an efficient solution for order processing, inventory control, and product information. By leveraging ProPharma’s central database, drugstores can easily place orders with suppliers, monitor stock levels in real time, and benefit from a seamless flow of information.

Previously, the B2B shop from Ducos required orders to be entered twice, as the two systems were not integrated. Consequently, DUCOS launched the “ProPharma Interface Integration” project this year and, after an intensive testing phase, has now successfully completed it. Effective immediately, Ducos provides a technical integration with ProPharma—another milestone toward even more efficient collaboration and optimized workflows. Thanks to this new interface, orders can still be placed as usual via ProPharma, but order confirmations now come directly from Ducos, ensuring a seamless link between ordering and delivery.

A smooth process is thus guaranteed—from the order to the receipt of goods. Status messages verify that the ordered products are in stock at Ducos and that the order units are correctly entered. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery precisely matches the order details, allowing it to be quickly recorded in the drugstore’s inventory management system.

Cost Control and Discounts in Focus
Another benefit of the integration is the transparent display of shipping and discount costs. Any applicable shipping fees and invoice discounts are clearly shown, allowing the order to be optimized. This flexibility provides targeted cost optimization and transparency.

By connecting to ProPharma, DUCOS increases efficiency and transparency in its collaboration with drugstores and establishes new standards for forward-looking digitalization in specialty retail.

Selahatin combines professional dental care with sophisticated fragrance combinations that make daily dental care a sensual experience. Selahatin opens up a new area of cosmetics: Luxury Oral Care. Ducos is exclusively responsible for sales and marketing, whereby we concentrate on selective sales and develop the marketing for this.

Selahatin is available exclusively in selected stores in Switzerland. Back to the origins in Laupheim: We are thrilled to announce some wonderful news to you. The newly renovated Bronner House and Dr. Bronner’s Museum have opened in Laupheim since May 28, 2024! This special event is a significant milestone in the history of our company.

The Bronner House, the historic seat of the Bronner family, shines in new splendor after an extensive renovation and will now be the official headquarters of Dr. Bronner’s in Europe. In the basement, where soap production began in 1858, the new museum invites you on a fascinating journey through our family and company history.

The opening event was accompanied by high-ranking representatives of the city of Laupheim and the Bronner family, as well as the team of architects responsible for the creative implementation of this unique house. During the renovation, it was important to retain the historical signature of the building and to bring it into the modern age with the ALL-ONE philosophy. This resulted in an extension whose highlight is the glass roof with soap bubbles as a design element and Emanuel Bronner’s excerpts from his lectures that he gave when he founded Magic Soap in the USA in 1948 and which always ended with the same final sentence: We are All-One, or none.

Ducos only launched in 2022 with Aimée de Mars. We are all the more pleased that we have already received a nomination in the Green Awards category with Adorée Hathor from the Goddess Collection! This award is given by a jury of experts, consisting of representatives of the perfume and cosmetics industry as well as well-known Swiss personalities. The nomination is a recognition of the excellence and creativity of Aimee de Mars and her fragrance creations. The DUFTSTARS Perfume Award will be presented at a gala on August 24, 2023. We are excited.

Automation for faster growth: Ducos launches its own B2B store

Ducos has experienced strong growth in recent years, which has been very pleasing for us. However, the expansion also posed a major challenge, as the administration of orders became more and more time-consuming. Because of these problems, linking and automating with the ERP system had been on the to-do list for a long time. After the assessment of the ERP system and the IT infrastructure was completed, Ducos started to build its own B2B store. It was important that the store was directly linked to the ERP system to simplify and speed up the ordering process for business customers. The development of the B2B store was carried out internally by Ducos and special emphasis was placed on quality assurance. To ensure that the store functioned smoothly, the system was extensively tested before it was released for use. True to the motto: testing, testing, testing… The result is a B2B store of its own. What is the significance of the store for our business customers? For Ducos’ business customers, the B2B store brings a number of advantages. Customers now have access to the current inventory of all products and can adjust their orders so that no shipping costs are incurred. Order units are automatically adjusted, which means customers don’t have to worry about it. Additionally, they have the option to insert custom messages in the last step of the order process. The B2B Shop also provides business customers with a central database for product information, product images, training materials, brochures and much more. What is the significance of the store for us? For Ducos itself, the B2B Shop also means many advantages. Thanks to the direct link with the ERP system, data can be imported directly without manual work. This eliminates queries that would delay the ordering process.
