Back to the origins in Laupheim: We are thrilled to announce some wonderful news to you. The newly renovated Bronner House and Dr. Bronner’s Museum have opened in Laupheim since May 28, 2024! This special event is a significant milestone in the history of our company.

The Bronner House, the historic seat of the Bronner family, shines in new splendor after an extensive renovation and will now be the official headquarters of Dr. Bronner’s in Europe. In the basement, where soap production began in 1858, the new museum invites you on a fascinating journey through our family and company history.

The opening event was accompanied by high-ranking representatives of the city of Laupheim and the Bronner family, as well as the team of architects responsible for the creative implementation of this unique house. During the renovation, it was important to retain the historical signature of the building and to bring it into the modern age with the ALL-ONE philosophy. This resulted in an extension whose highlight is the glass roof with soap bubbles as a design element and Emanuel Bronner’s excerpts from his lectures that he gave when he founded Magic Soap in the USA in 1948 and which always ended with the same final sentence: We are All-One, or none.

We are excited.

Because of these problems, linking and automating with the ERP system had been on the to-do list for a long time. After the assessment of the ERP system and the IT infrastructure was completed, Ducos started to build its own B2B store. It was important that the store was directly linked to the ERP system to simplify and speed up the ordering process for business customers. The development of the B2B store was carried out internally by Ducos and special emphasis was placed on quality assurance. To ensure that the store functioned smoothly, the system was extensively tested before it was released for use. True to the motto: testing, testing, testing… The result is a B2B store of its own. What is the significance of the store for our business customers? For Ducos’ business customers, the B2B store brings a number of advantages. Customers now have access to the current inventory of all products and can adjust their orders so that no shipping costs are incurred. Order units are automatically adjusted, which means customers don’t have to worry about it. Additionally, they have the option to insert custom messages in the last step of the order process. The B2B Shop also provides business customers with a central database for product information, product images, training materials, brochures and much more. What is the significance of the store for us? For Ducos itself, the B2B Shop also means many advantages. Thanks to the direct link with the ERP system, data can be imported directly without manual work. This eliminates queries that would delay the ordering process.
